3.2 Production lines & robotization
Within the context of programs with high production rates, the Industrialization Department works on the automation and robotization of all the production lines. By applying Lean Manufacturing methods and using workflow management software, the objective is to optimize the Productivity and Repeatability of all of the production phases: balancing tasks depending on takt times, reducing lead times, and doing away with complex manual phases.
DUQUEINE develops and designs all of its machines internally and launches production with various trades: mechanically welded frames, mechanical parts, electricity, automation, etc. DUQUEINE then supervises the assembly of these special machines in order to guarantee performance and confidentiality.
